Developers: WWDC Early-Bird Registration Ends Friday
by , 1:45 PM EDT, May 21st, 2003
The World Wide Developer Conference (WWDC) is edging closer, and we wanted to remind you that Early Bird Registration ends on Friday, May 23rd. This year's WWDC includes the unveiling of Panther, the next major release of Mac OS X, which Apple deemed important enough to delay the WWDC by a month. The Conference is normally held in May, but was moved to June, and to the larger facilities of the Moscone in San Francisco, in order to accommodate the Panther time table.
Early Bird Registration includes a US$300 discount on both the WWDC E-ticket price and the Getting Started Bundle, but is only available through this week. If you are interested in attending this year's Conference, or are interested in being a Mac developer, we would recommend registering while the Early Bird discount is still available.
