DVD Studio Pro received an update on Thursday that improves HD DVD support. The DVD Studio Pro 4.1.2 update addresses compatibility issues with DVD Studio Pro 4.1 HD DVD projects and Toshiba HD DVD players, updates Disc Description Protocol to version 3.0 and the Cutting Master Format to version 2.0 - both necessary for HD DVD replication.

The update is available via the Software Update application, or as a stand alone installer from Apple Download Web site.
