Along with iOS 8.4, Apple released OS X 10.10.4 on Tuesday. The update fixes several issues, most notably the annoying discoveryd problem that caused no end of headaches for Yosemite users connecting to WiFi networks.

- Apple's release notes say the update includes:
- Improved network reliability
- Improved Migration Assistant reliability
- Fixed a problem where some external monitors didn't function properly
- Improved the reliability of upgrading iPhoto and Aperture libraries to Photos
- Improved iCloud Photo Library syncing
- Fixed a crash issue with Leica DNG files
- Fixed a problem where outgoing Mail messages were delayed
- Fixed a problem where JavaScript alerts could prevent navigation in Safari
The OS X 10.10.4 update is free and available via Apple's Update tab in the App Store app. You can find it by selecting Apple menu > App Store > Updates.
