The Internet as we know it today didn't exist when the Mac Plus was introduced in 1986, so is it even possible to get one online and loading modern Web pages? Turns out the answer is yes, and Jeff Keacher did it just to show it can be done. It involved using a Raspberry Pi as a bridge to his network and some custom-rolled code to handle virtual host names instead of just IP addresses, and strip out CSS, Javascript, DIVs, and other newer stuff that wasn't around in 1986. In the end, Jeff's nearly 30 year old Mac was online and surfing the Web.
