Apple has released the final beta of watchOS 7.3 on Thursday, also known as the final release candidate.

Here are features that will arrive with this software release:
- Time to Walk guided audio workouts
- ECG in more countries: Japan, Mayotte, Philippines, Thailand
- New watch face based on the Pan-African flag
Download it from Apple’s developer page or through the iOS Watch app in General > Software Update.
