“iOS” is now included in the iPhone’s autocorrect list.
HDR Notes
- When taking photos with iPhone 4, the Flash cannot be used in conjunction with HDR. When you turn HDR on, the flash goes off and vice-versa.
- HDR also cannot be used with the front-facing camera (i.e. you can only use it with the higher resolution camera on the back of the device).
- By default, the iPhone will keep both the normal and HDR versions of all HDR photos. You can disable this in Settings->Photos. The first time you open up your camera roll after taking HDR photos, you’ll get a dialog alerting you to this.
- When scrolling through photos, if you bring up the navigation a translucent “HDR” will be visible in the upper-left corner of HDR photos
iTunes TV rentals
With iOS 4.1, you can rent TV shows on your iPhone and iPod touch. So far, there are shows available from Fox, ABC, Disney, and BBC available as a rental. The terms of rentals are that you have 30 days to start watching it, but once you start it, you have only 48 hours to finish it. In the screenshots below, you can see the change in status.
