Base on the blurry photos, OS X 10.10 will still feel like the Mac operating system it is, but menus and buttons will get an iOS 7, and presumably iOS 8, look while Notification Center will look decidedly more like its iPad counterpart.

The photos have since been pulled from Reddit, but The Verge managed to grab copies before they disappeared. Along with the new flat look, OS X 10.10 will apparently get translucent panels for controlling iTunes functions, and the Dock will lose its pseudo 3D look.

Of course, the images are somewhat blurry just as all leaked product photos seem to be, and there isn't any way yet to verify their accuracy. With Apple's WWDC keynote event only hours away we'll know soon whether or not the shots are legit.

Be sure to check in with The Mac Observer for our live keynote coverage at 10AM pacific time.
