It’s no secret I have a thing for LEGO, so my expectations are pretty high for their games. LEGO Star Wars: The Complete Saga lives up to my standards because it’s easy to learn has great game play and is just down right fun. Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes
This RPG-style game lets you collect Star Wars characters from the movies such as Darth Vader, Boba Fett, Han Solo, Princess Leia, and BB-8. You can also collect ships for space battles as you fight to master the galaxy. Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes is a free download and offers in-app purchases.
Angry Birds Star Wars II
Angry Birds may feel old school, but it’s still fun in the Star Wars universe. Angry Birds Star Wars II has plenty of weapons and powers for the birds—like light sabers, blasters, and the Force—to battle the evil pigs and ultimately stop the Pork Side from ruling the world. The game is free and offers in-app purchases.
Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic
If you want to dive deep into Star Wars you have to check out Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic. The game lets you create your own Jedi or Sith character to explore the galaxy, and it’s considered one of the best role playing games ever. Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic costs US$9.99 and while you can play it on an iPhone it’s much better on an iPad’s bigger screen.
