File encryption app Boxcryptor has been updated to support macOS Big Sur and M1 Macs.

The team says they were able to receive Apple’s Developer Transition Kit which consisted of a Mac running a modified A12 chip called A12Z. This gave developers time to get their apps prepared for the M1 chip.
Boxcryptor lets you encrypt your files before uploading them to popular storage services like Dropbox, iCloud, Google Drive, and OneDrive. It uses AES-256 and RSA-4096 to protect your data.
