The new Dual Universal USB Charger from Energizer, plugs into any auto cigarette lighter outlet and offers two USB ports, so that you can recharge two of your USB powered devices at the same time. It works with most devices, meaning it will not recharge an iPad. The charger is three inches long and two inches at the widest point.

Using the product
The charger works well. It is fast, even when charging two products. I went with my iPhone 4 and my iPod Nano, both of which were more than three-quarters down. Both recharged completely while I drove around town for about an hour running errands. Because of it’s length, three inches, persons considering purchasing it should make sure it will fit adequately in their vehicles. In a car that I previously drove the cigarette lighter was recessed in such a way that I would not have been able to take advantage of this product.
Do I recommend it?
I do. It is extremely convenient to be able to recharge two items at once and the fact that it is made by Energizer gives me confidence in it’s durability. Oh, and one more thing, the package is easy to open. Way to go Energizer.
