The new Dual Universal USB Charger for wall outlets plugs into any live wall outlet and offers two USB ports so that you can recharge two of your USB powered devices at the same time. It works with most devices, meaning it will not recharge an iPad. The charges measures 2 x 2 x 2-in and is white with silver trim.

Using the product
With most household wall outlets this product will cover the second plug space just enough that you can’t use it, but with higher end outlets and power strips that does not occur. The plug folds away when not in use which provides good portability. The recharge time for my second iPod Nano which needed to be completely charged, and a friends iPhone 3G which was sitting at 50 percent, was 40 minutes.
Do I recommend it?
I do. It is extremely convenient to be able to recharge two items at once and the fact that it is made by Energizer gives me confidence in it’s durability. And, the package is easy to open. No chain saw required.
