Microsoft has added CarPlay support to its Teams Calling feature, giving users one more way to quickly connect with people.
Teams Calling CarPlay
With CarPlay, you can use your vehicle’s built-in controls to operate Teams, including using Siri to place and answer calls. Other enhancements were also added, including:
- Save call recordings in OneDrive and SharePoint
- Spam identification
- Transfer calls between mobile and desktop
- Call merge
- Low-data mode
- Enhanced reverse number look-up
Overall, the app’s user interface has been streamlined to provide the dial pad, call history, voicemail, contacts, and settings into a single location for quick access.
