ACM 387: State of Apple Advertising, Apple’s Product Vision
John Kheit joins Bryan Chaffin to discuss the state of Apple’s advertising, including Frankie’s Holiday, Balloons, and Bulbs. Spoiler, John hates them and Bryan thinks they’re lovely. They also talk about Apple’s product vision and the end of AirPort. Another spoiler: John is cranky about that, too.

John Kheit is very informative and entertaining. Listening to a podcast with John literally makes me feel better. He seems to have many things at Apple figured out including their advertising and Tim Cook. Please keep bringing him back to these podcasts.
John was right. There is little sign of strategic thinking. Why have a homekit SDK and have no products. Why not extend the airport products to compete with Google and Amazon. the home automation market will be big so why not allow users to have a complete one stop shop solution?
