It’s so wonderful to listen to you guys together again. Jeff, welcome back, old friend (well, I FEEL like your’e an old friend, BOTH of you). I am currently using a pair of Sennheiser Momentum 3 Wireless headphones. I paid $399 for these headphones, and they sound marvelous. But…there are issues. The bluetooth pairing on these things SUCKS! And I am being very kind here. They pair with up to two devices at a time, which is fine, but THAT…is where my nightmare begins with these things. For example, I currently have them paired with my iPhone 12 Pro Max and my Apple TV 4K. I am listening to music on my iPhone, but every 20-30 seconds I get a “…phone 2, disconnected…phone 2, connected…”. This goes ON and ON…!!! It is so bad, that I have to physically disconnect them from my Apple TV. And it’s the same when connected to both my iPhone and iPad Pro. It is just horrible!!!
This is where the magic of Apple’s H1 chip comes in. When using my AirPods, this does not happen! No interfereance from another device while listening to the one you are using. THAT’S why at some point in 2021, I will be buying the AirPods Max. If the sound compares favorably with the Sennheisers, it is a solid win in my book. So I’ll start saving my pennies. It looks like I’ll be carrying a pair of these headphones around in that “purse like” case🤷🏾♂️. Space Gray for me as well, Bryan👍🏾!
