  • I have two Apple Watches. a Model 0 and a model 3. I wear the model 3 at night until the next evening and track my sleep over night with Sleep Watch. Around 7:30 PM i charge me model 3 and put on my model 0 within about 15 minutes give or take, my Model 0 shows my Calories, Minutes, and stands that were on my model 3. After around 2 hours my model 3 is recharged and I put it on my wrist and charge the model 0. Within several minutes my model 3 shows and additional changes to Minutes, Calories, and stands from my model 0.

I can only guess that other things are updated between watches. Don’t know what will happen with next IOS update as it is reported that the model 0 can not be upgraded.
