Apple are quite far behind Google on business info but rather than play catch up they should leapfrog Google. They should create not just reviews but a full digital storefront.
ApplePay is already surprisingly rich with delivery/billing address built in. I recently used it on a florist’s website and it handled everything but the product selection itself. Adding a product gallery with photos or LiDAR-scanned AR items & (contactless) pick-up would be great for COVID-era e-tail and catapult Apple well beyond Google.
