A ccording to a Reuters article at Yahoo News, Apple has given Al Gore 30,000 stock options with an exercise price of US$14.95. Al Gore, former vice president of the USA and Appleis latest addition to its board of directors, was given the options as part of Appleis standard compensation package for its non-executive directors, according to the Reuters report. The options can be exercised 10,000 at a time during each of the next three years. From Yahoo News:
