eBay rolled out a big update for its iPhone and iPad app on Tuesday that should make sellers happy. The eBay 4.0 update makes it easier for first time sellers to get up and running, and sports a new dashboard with easy to follow activity updates. The update sports a streamlined interface that makes it easier for buyers to find top deals and promotions as well as jump between categories, which should make sellers happy, too. Looks like it's time to go shopping. eBay 4.0 is free and is available at Apple's iTunes-based App Store.
