Don MacAllister is the creator of ScreenCastsOnline, subscription-based video tutorials on the Mac, iPad, iPhone, Apple TV and Apple Watch. But long before his current work, before people even routinely had computers in their homes, Don got involved with a UK government IT department and started learning about computers. His first personal computer was a Sinclair Spectrum. Don tells the story of how, years later, a Steve Jobs keynote in 2005 introducing the Mac mini sold him "hook line and sinker." After he learned home video editing with iMovie, he left Windows behind forever, and became immersed in everything Apple and started to share his knowledge. This is a great story about converting video expertise into internet screencasting. Don fills in all the fascinating details of his career.
