watchOS 11 Beta 3 Arrives for Developers

watchOS 11 Brings Automatic Nap Detection to Apple Watch

Apple has released the watchOS 11 beta 3 to developers for testing.

Even though there aren’t any release notes from Apple for this, Mac Rumors revealed that this update introduces the all-new Vitals app, made to converge sleep health metrics like heart rate and respiratory rate. Fitness freaks will like the new Training Load feature, which tracks workout intensity and its impact on the body over time.

Activity Rings can now be customized to meet daily goals.

Photos watch face has been updated, offering suggestions for the perfect picture to display. The Check-In safety feature expands to include Workouts. It can also figure out when you’re napping without the need to turn on the sleep mode.

The best feature is that it keeps tracking the metrics and routes even if you mistakenly leave your outdoor walking session on pause.

Apple Watch users who navigate with one hand will benefit from the new Double Tap navigation feature for moving through apps. Adventurers can plot their own walking and hiking routes directly within Apple Maps.
